Educational punishment is an important part of educational activities,and the reasonable implementation of educational punishment is an important condition to ensure the smooth progress of education and teaching.Junior high school students are in the developing stage,and their thinking and behavior habits are easily affected by the outside world.Therefore,schools and teachers correctly grasp the boundaries of the timing,methods,and use of educational discipline,which has a profound impact on the positive development of the body and mind of junior high school students.At present,there are a large number of inter-generational raising families in rural areas,which are too doting on their children and neglected to supervise and manage them.Parents have misunderstandings in their overall thinking and concepts.They believe that teachers can educate their children to praise and praise,but not to beat and scold;some rural areas School teachers are weak,lack of psychological teachers,and the education method is relatively simple.The phenomenon of ignoring the psychological characteristics of junior high school students and emphasizing intellectual education over moral education is more prominent.Based on this situation,this study took teachers and students of rural junior high school as the survey object,adopted questionnaire surveys and interview analysis methods,based on the "Rules for the Implementation of Educational Discipline for Primary and Secondary School Teachers(Draft for Comments)" and "Primary School Educational Disciplinary Rules(for Trial Implementation)" conducts questionnaires and interviews on the current situation of rural junior high school teachers ' implementation of educational discipline.Combining data and relevant literature,analyzes the problems that appear in the process of rural junior high school teachers ' implementation of educational disciplines,and analyzes the causes of this The reasons for these problems,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems in combination with practice.Through the analysis of the survey results,it was found that the following problems existed in the implementation of rural junior high school teachers 'educational discipline: rural junior high school teachers ' concept of educational discipline was vaguely defined and abused punishment,teachers lacked a standardized educational discipline system,and the effect of educational discipline was not good,Parents lack the correct awareness of education and discipline,over-spoil their children and neglect the discipline of their children,etc.In response to the above problems,the author puts forward suggestions: schools should establish complete implementation rules for education punishment,so that teachers,parents,and students can participate in the construction of the education punishment system,care about teachers 'psychological conditions,and establish a corresponding supervision and appeal system for teachers.Create a harmonious working atmosphere,teachers should also improve teacher ethics,continue to learn,establish a scientific outlook on students,correctly understand the characteristics of the psychological development of junior high school students,choose effective educational punishment methods,and follow appropriate measures in the process of implementing educational punishments.Principle: Parents should treat students' violations rationally,guide and encourage children to self-manage,and form a joint force in home-school education,The media must create a social environment that respects teachers and respects morals.It is hoped that through the joint efforts of schools,teachers,parents,and communities,the education and discipline of rural junior high school teachers will receive a certain amount of attention and corresponding changes will take place,so as to play a positive role in the healthy growth of junior high school students.
