For a long time,the issue of educational punishment has attracted much attention.Educational punishment plays an important role in the realization of educational purposes,but there is a lack of clear legal basis.On November 22,2019,the Ministry of Education promulgated the rules on the implementation of educational discipline by primary and secondary school teachers(Draft for comments),which defined the definition of educational discipline and put forward specific measures for implementation.In March 2021,the rules on educational discipline in primary and secondary schools(for Trial Implementation)came into force,which provides a policy basis for teachers to exercise educational discipline in their daily teaching.However,there are still some problems in the implementation process.Based on this background,this study deeply understands the current situation of primary school teachers' implementation of educational punishment,refers to a large number of educational punishment related literature,excavates the problems and causes of primary school teachers' implementation of educational punishment,and puts forward a multi-dimensional path to promote primary school teachers' rational implementation of educational punishment.Through the literature research method,this study summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,and discusses the theoretical basis of educational punishment research from the aspects of pedagogy,psychology and legal basis.At the same time,it takes half a year to conduct a field survey on the senior teachers and students of Y primary school in D city by using the methods of questionnaire and interview,obtain the survey data,analyze and draw the research conclusion.Through the research,it is found that in the implementation process of educational punishment,teachers face the problems of vague understanding of the connotation of educational punishment,randomness in the implementation of educational punishment,lack of basis,incomplete process of educational punishment,lack of home school cooperation,lack of skills and serious mechanization of educational punishment.The existence of these problems is caused by the common causes of teachers,schools,society and parents.Through analysis,we come to a multi-dimensional path to promote the rational implementation of educational punishment by primary school teachers: first,teachers need to strengthen their learning and improve their ability,actively communicate with parents and realize home school Co education,and grasp the pedagogical,scientific and artistic principles of educational punishment;Second,at the social level,we should speed up the improvement of educational legislation,escort teachers,strengthen social publicity and create a good atmosphere of education and punishment;Third,at the school level,improve the school rules and disciplines,improve the implementation rules according to local conditions,strengthen the daily training of teachers,establish a supervision committee to standardize the behavior of education and punishment,and fourth,at the parent level,strengthen the study of law and improve the cognitive level;Change the concept and form a correct concept of family education;Dredge emotions and be an effective companion for children's study and life.
