The Guide to the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6 issued by the Ministry of Education in 2012 has clearly stated that more attention should be paid to creative training of young children.The Outline of the National Program for Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)and the Outline of the National Program for Medium-and Long-Term Talent Development(2010-2020)both set out the country's main strategic goals for the next five to 10 years,namely,to cultivate a batch of creative talents.The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems existing in educational activities to cultivate children's creativity,design and implement multi-field educational activities to enhance children's creativity through action research,and form a curriculum plan for multi-field educational activities to enhance children's creativity through discussion,reflection and improvement.The main research method of this study is action research method,and the research objects are two middle classes of children in A kindergarten.The research is divided into action preparation stage,action implementation stage and result analysis stage.In the stage of action preparation,the researcher interviewed the principal and class teachers to understand the situation of the research object.Through observation in the class,understand the activities of the research object in the class;To further understand the development of children's creativity,the subjects filled out the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking in Pictures(type A).On this basis,researchers,together with class teachers and school tutors,develop action plans to promote children's creative multi-field education activities.In the stage of action implementation,action research programs are designed according to the definition and characteristics of creativity,focusing on a characteristic of creative thinking to cultivate.The process lasted three months.After the implementation of the initial action plan,reflection and adjustment should be made according to the actual situation of the research object,and the improved action plan should be determined and implemented to form a complete set of action plan.In the process of implementation,the researchers used the self-compiled observation record sheet to record the children's speech and behavior.In the result analysis stage,the research object again to fill in "the Torrance test of Creative Thinking in Pictures(type A).,in order to understand the situation of the children's creativity,and combined with the researcher's observation and the interview results of the research object parents and early childhood teachers,in order to understand the effect of education activities in this action research.According to the four characteristics of creative thinking,the study identified four themes: "Despite my age,I have many ideas," "Roses have thorns and fragrance,look at things from another Angle," "I'm not like you,I'm the best with fantastic ideas," and "I'm Detective Conan with sharp eyes and good looks." The results showed that there were significant differences in fluency,flexibility and originality before and after the 12-week implementation of the multidisciplinary educational activity program to promote children's creativity.In the dimension of delicacy,there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after measurement.Based on the analysis and discussion of the data,it is concluded that the multi-field educational activities designed in this study can promote the development of children's creative thinking fluency,flexibility and originality,but have no significant effect on the refinement.
