Autonomy plays an important role in the process of children's growth.The healthy growth of children is inseparable from the development of autonomy.As most of the children in small class are in the age of 3-4 years old,they are in the third stage of Eriksson's theory of personality development stage,which is the key period to develop children's autonomy,and napping is an essential activity in children's daily life,which contains the educational opportunity to develop children's autonomy,which should be valued and actively and effectively used.At the same time of developing autonomy,children will get more opportunities of independent communication and free activities.In the process of communication with others,children can learn various communication skills,and their communication ability will be further developed.In addition,children can learn in the process of communication with help,participation,cooperation and other prosocial behaviors,so as to better adapt to the society.In this study,action research is the main method,and the children in the first class of s Kindergarten in S district of Dalian city are selected as the research object,and an action research group is formed with the teachers of the class.The specific research is carried out by observation,interview,collective discussion and questionnaire.Clearly present the current situation of children's autonomy development in the napping field of the first class of s kindergarten,analyze the main reasons that affect children's autonomy development in the napping field,form a detailed research plan,preliminarily solve the problems that teachers neglect children's individual differences in the napping field,control children's behavior too much,and deprive children of the opportunity to do their own work,so as to improve the teacher's autonomy training for children To provide support strategies for thefurther development of autonomy in the field of small class children's siesta.Action research is mainly divided into two stages: the first stage is action research preparation stage.The researchers enter s kindergarten,and form specific optimization action strategies for the current situation and problems of children's autonomy development in the field of siesta.The second stage is the implementation stage of action research.The researchers conducted two rounds of action research: in the first round of action research,teachers' learning plans,picture book learning plans,quiet activities before and after the nap were formulated to solve the problems before,during and after the nap.Through the implementation of this round of action,teachers have made some achievements in the study of the connotation of autonomy in the field of children's siesta,began to reflect on their own shortcomings,and agreed that it should be implemented in the actual action,and children's autonomy development in the field of siesta has also been significantly improved.In the second round of action research,the action team adjusted the action plan through the first round of action reflection.The teacher focused on individual children with poor autonomy,reduced the reward mechanism,promoted the development of children's conscious behavior,and at the same time,used family strength to jointly promote the development of children's autonomy.After two rounds of action,the researcher used the observation table and questionnaire test to investigate the effect of action.On the whole,the level of children's autonomy development in the field of siesta has been effectively improved.From relying on others to learning to do their own things,from waiting passively to actively seeking help,from not controlling themselves to knowing what to do and what not to do,children can achieve Purpose of the study.The researcher first summarizes the research results,and the research shows that:Teachers' effective guidance promotes the development of children's self-reliance;the conversation activity has obvious effect in promoting the development of children's self-control;environment creation plays an important role in promoting children's self-service;The strength of family is the guarantee to promote the independent development of children's nap field;Teachers' self-awareness plays an important role in promoting children's self-development.Finally,the author gives some educationalsuggestions: subcontracting is the guidance to promote the formation of children's self-reliance ability;scientific regular education to promote the improvement of children's self-control ability;teachers provide certain environmental support to promote the formation of children's self-service consciousness;Optimize home cooperation,jointly promote children's independent development;improve their own comprehensive quality,promote children's independent development.
