| In April 2009,the "Campus Football Activity" was launched for the first time,aiming to cultivate qualified reserve talents for Chinese football through the "moral education" through the campus football activity.In 2015,the Ministry of Education and other 6 departments issued the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football,which proposed to strengthen the construction of teacher team and focus on improving the practical ability and comprehensive quality of campus football teachers.The development of campus football activities needs a large number of teachers to support.In 2017,the National Youth Campus Football Work Leading Group proposed to not only meet the requirements in quantity,but also ensure the quality.In 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on Organizing and Carrying out National Special Training for National Youth Campus Football Teachers,which also reflects the importance attached to teachers’ teaching ability.Teachers play a great role in the development of campus football activities,and teachers’ teaching ability directly affects the learning effect of students.Through consulting the relevant materials,it is found that the relevant research on the teaching ability evaluation system of campus football teachers is not perfect enough.Therefore,the establishment of the evaluation index system of the teaching ability of campus football teachers in primary and secondary schools has a guiding role in the development of campus football teachers,and is the premise guarantee for improving the quality of campus football teaching.This paper adopts literature data,Delphi,hierarchical analysis and mathematical statistics.Firstly,through literature review and reading of relevant policies and regulations,the evaluation indexes of teaching ability of football teachers in primary and secondary schools;secondly,the "Delphi method" is used to select the evaluation index system of primary and secondary school football teachers;finally,the method of hierarchical analysis is used to calculate the weight of each index and establish the rating scale.The study results presented in this paper are as follows: The evaluation index system of football teaching ability in middle school includes three first-level indicators: pre-class preparation ability,classroom implementation ability and teaching evaluation ability;12 second-level indicators and 34 three-level indicators.The weight of each index was established through the hierarchical analysis method(pre-class preparation ability 0.2914,classroom implementation ability 0.5963,and teaching evaluation ability 0.1096).On the basis of constructing the evaluation index of the teaching ability of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools,this paper calculates the indexes quantitatively,and the evaluation standard scale of the teaching ability of football teachers in primary and secondary schools is designed,in order to provide reference for regular and quantitative evaluation of the teaching ability of football teachers in primary and secondary schools.4.According to the weight results of each index,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions for some important indicators in teachers’ teaching ability.The suggestions are as follows:(1)To improve the "ability of grasping football teaching materials",teachers should first study and implement the syllabus seriously,clarify the key points of teaching,and then delve into the teaching materials to find out the internal logical connection of the teaching material content;finally,teachers should have their own understanding of the teaching materials and select appropriate teaching contents and teaching methods according to the actual situation of teaching students.(2)"Organizational demonstration ability" and "language expression ability",teachers should exercise and learn repeatedly in ordinary times,establish correct ways of expression and master the concept of technical action,study the skills of expression and the skills of demonstration technology. |
