The number of people employed each year keeps rising,employment situation become severe increasingly,however the enterprise new employees is the highest turnover of groups,no clear career planning is the important reason for its work stability is not high,therefore,staff career planning has become the enterprise management in the training content.However,for entrepreneurial small and medium-sized enterprises,in the face of the market economy strong impact the survival and the pursuit of profit as the main target and ignore the enterprise internal management and human resources training and development.Under such the background,this study mainly uses the method of field research,with entrepreneurial Q within the enterprise new employees as the research object,the career planning for the study of problems and made corporate social work intervention,at the same time combining advantages perspective theory and the practice method of a group scheme design strategies and activities,with the help of enterprise human resources department organization organizing new employees career planning team in team work,promote the self-help and mutual assistance between team members,clear its own special features and advantages,and to explore the environment and resources advantage to clear career planning so as to promote the development of the career.In this study,the author adopts the field research method in the form of enterprise staff directly involved in guiyang city Q enterprise's human resources department daily work,and through the method of observation and survey of new employees of the enterprise and enterprise management and the in-depth interviews,summed up the main problem of career planning and analyzes the reason,on the basis of combining the theory of advantage perspective and activity plan for team work strategies.First of all,through self-exploration to explore their own advantages;Secondly,to promote career planning and development and achieve the goal of win-win cooperation between enterprises and employees by improving the understanding and understanding of careerand enterprises so as to explore the advantages conducive to their own development.Finally,through the exploitation of resources to find the available resource advantages to support their career development.In the process of team work,and through the process and to evaluate the results it is concluded that the team work makes clear Q enterprise new staff for their career development direction,and able to work through the panel method and the activities in the clear own career planning,resolved the problem of the career planning of basic.But be lasting for a long time to solve the problem of enterprise new employees in career planning also needs the efforts of the parties,from the point of the enterprise shall establish a scientific and reasonable system,clear staff promotion route,and help the staff to promote the development of the career planning;From the perspective of employees,they should give full play to their subjective initiative and make appropriate career plans.It is important to note that this is not only to the enterprise,it has reference significance in social work,as well as the reference for the management of the staff,should be fully mix of social work and human resources management,promote enterprise new staff career planning and development of this field in the field of social work and management has important practical significance.
