Group Work Research On College Students' Career Planning

In recent years,the number of college students has increased dramatically,and the employment problems of graduates are very serious.It is especially urgent to carry out career planning education for college students.However,for many reasons,the effect of college students' career planning is not obvious,which affects the career choice of college students to some extent.In this context,this paper applies the group work method to college students' career planning education,which is helpful to help college students to cultivate career planning awareness,enhance self-cognition ability and improve career planning ability,thus helping others to help themselves.Before the group activities were carried out,this paper learned about the needs of the clients and the existing problems through the form of the talks.According to the needs of the client,aiming at improving the career planning ability of college students,this paper designed six group activities.After the event,the paper used the “Team Satisfaction Evaluation Form” and the “College Student Career Planning Ability Self-Assessment Form” to evaluate,mainly from the service object satisfaction,career planning ability and social work skills.Finally,through the group evaluation,this group activity reached the group's expected goal,helped the team members to establish a correct employment concept,strengthened the self-cognition ability of the team members,and improved the team's career planning ability.However,there are still some shortcomings: the intervention ability of the group workers needs to be improved.The development of the group activities not only requires the rich theoretical foundation of the staff,but also the comprehensive ability of the team.The group intervention needs to be improved,and the group intervention time is short.If the amount of time is not enough,the effect of the group work will be difficult to play.Therefore,the group activities should improve the comprehensive ability of the team staff,rationally design the contents of the group activities and increase the service practice.
