The curriculum standard of biology for senior high school(2017 Edition)clearly points out that the key competencies of biology includes the concept of life,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility.Under the guidance of the basic concept of the new curriculum standard,the new high school biology textbook of people's education press will be used in some provinces in 2019.Therefore,how to make full use of the new textbook to implement the key competencies has become the focus of biology curriculum reform.In this paper,the 2019 edition of senior high school biology "molecules and cells" module is taken as an example to analyze the key competencies of the operating system in the textbook,and to explore the strategies of using the operating system of the textbook to penetrate the key competencies.In this paper,firstly,through literature research method,we understood and analyzed the current situation of the research on the key competencies of high school biology and the operating system of biology teaching materials,and defined the concept of the key competencies of biology and the operating system of teaching materials in this study.Then,through the teaching material analysis method,we compared and analyzed the operating system of the 2004 edition and the 2019 edition of the compulsory high school biology teaching materials of the people's education press.This paper studied the changes of the new textbook operating system,and then analyzed the key competencies of the operating system in the new textbook to clarify the key competencies of the new textbook operating system.Using the questionnaire survey method to understand the situation of senior high school biology teachers and students in Shihezi using the textbook operating system to penetrate the key competencies.Finally,combined with the results of the textbook analysis,aiming at the problems in the survey results This paper put forward suggestions and strategies on how to make full use of the textbook operating system to cultivate students' key competencies,and combined with specific teaching case analysis.The results showed that:(1)Through the comparison of the two editions of high school biology teaching materials,we find that the form and number of columns in the new edition of high school biology teaching materials are reduced;the content of columns in the new edition of high school biology teaching materials is innovative on the basis of inheritance,and the adjusted column content is more closely related to the teaching content,which is more in line with students' cognitive rules and characteristics.(2)Through the analysis of the key competencies of the new textbook operating system column,it was found that each column of the operating system is related to each other,and has penetrated four kinds of biological key competencies in varying degrees,which is a good carrier to cultivate students' key competencies.(3)The results showed that teachers were lack of theoretical study on the key competencies of biology,they were not familiar with the operating system columns,the columns were used unevenly,and the teaching intensity of using the operating system to cultivate key competencies is not enough.Students were not interested in learning the operating system columns of teaching materials,they were not aware of the role of the operating system to cultivate key competencies,and they were not satisfied with the quality of teaching materials.There are some problems such as the lack of students' independent inquiry ability.Based on the above research results,in order to effectively use the textbook operating system to infiltrate the cultivation of key competencies,this study put forward suggestions from the three levels of school,teachers and students,and discusses the specific implementation strategies:(1)integrating the operating system into the teaching design;(2)using the operating system to carry out a variety of teaching activities;(3)processing and re creating the content of the operating system;(4)integrating the operating system into the teaching design)Analyze and evaluate the operation results in time.
