The development of students' core literacy has become the primary task for China's basic education reform in the 21st century.Biology is a basic subject of natural sciences.New biology curriculum standards has been formally promulgated in 2017 and proposed to improve students'core qualities as a teaching core goal,and cultivating students' independent learning and cooperative learning abilities has put forward higher requirements.At the same time,it has emphasized the importance of academic evaluation to promote the overall development of students.Biological homework is one of the most important evaluation methods in biology department of high school.However,current job processing still mainly focuses on the level of knowledge mastery of students,and it still lacks the importance of cultivating students'comprehensive ability and tapping students' potential abilities.This research focuses on the main problems highlighted in high school biological operations,as well as the current misunderstandings of cooperative learning,and tries to introduce the 'Monitorial system'teaching strategy into the high school biological homework processing.In order to achieve the purpose of develop students' individual progress and abilities by homework processing.Through reading a large amount of literature,this research summarizes the development's history of the 'Monitorial system' on the basis of the predecessors,and the basic characteristics of the traditional 'Monitorial system',digs out the potential application value to apply to the high school biological homework process,defines the related concepts,analyzes its implementation feasibility and effectiveness.Then this research conducts a questionnaire survey used to survey the status of biological homework in high schools and collects teachers' recommendations for the'Monitorial system' teaching strategy.Combined with the requirements of pedagogy,psychology and new curriculum standards for biological teaching.The research structures teaching process framework of the 'Monitorial system' for high school biological homework processing.It is divided into five parts:preparation for teachers,selection of guide students,preparation before class,class instruction,and after-class evaluation.The core three parts include preparation before class,class instruction,and after-class evaluation.The preparation for teachers includes three parts:reviewing assignments,collating student error rate data,and analyzing wrong questions;preparation before class is the process of teacher leading students to do interactive learning;class instruction includes class groupings,guide students organizing groups to conduct guidance,and teachers summarizing;After-school evaluations are divided into teacher evaluations,student and self-evaluations,and peer-to-peer evaluations.The research elaborates on the specific content of'Monitorial system's each aspect and implements in the internship high school to demonstrate whether the use of the 'Monitorial system' teaching strategy can effectively improve the biological homework processing methods and cultivate students' autonomy,and cultivate learning abilities,collaborate and communicate,promote students' all-round development or not.Thus implement the curriculum concept of academic assessment and development,analyze the shortcomings of the 'Monitorial system' and improve it.The innovation of this research lies in the application of the 'Monitorial system' teaching strategy in high school biological homework processing.Based on the basic status of the biological homework processing in high school and the outstanding problems of student cooperative learning,the 'Monitorial system' teaching flow framework is constructed and adopted.The teaching practice carries out a detailed analysis of the problems that arise during the implementation process.Then based on previous studies of the 'Monitorial system',it optimizes and refines the details,so students can really promote in the development of all aspects' capabilities through the improvement of high school biological homework processing,to provide a strategic reference for the use of incentives and promotion of biological operations.
