Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the government have paid more and more attention to the political ceremony,and repeatedly proposed to use the political ceremony to guide the value and strengthen the political identity.Political ceremony is a standardized and procedural symbolic activity in a specific time and space,which has the function of expressing ideology,promoting political identity and standardizing code of conduct.It takes ceremony time,ceremony space,ceremony theme and ceremony performance as its constituent elements,and plays a unique role in value guidance,political identity,emotional stimulation and behavior discipline.The development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities requires the education of students' values and political identity.The political educational characteristics of political ceremony itself make it a good carrier to be used in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.The application effect can be achieved through the four stages of "value identification","subject resonance","emotional strengthening" and "value internalization" As a result,it is of great practical significance to enrich the ideological and political education situation,enrich the ideological and political education content and improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.In this paper,the ceremony time,ceremony space,ceremony theme and ceremony performance as the research dimension to carry out the research,in the investigation of the status quo of the use of political ceremony to carry out ideological and political education in ten colleges and universities in Qingdao,we found that the use of political ceremony in ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has achieved certain results,the attention of colleges and universities to political ceremony has gradually increased,and the process of using political ceremony has been improved However,there are still some problems in the application of political ceremony in Ideological and political education,such as the superficial ceremony content,the rigid ceremony form,the passive participation of the main body and the short-term education effect.The main reasons are that the organization and planning of the implementation of the main body to the political ceremony is not sufficient,and the participation of the main body to the political ceremony The value cognition of the ceremony is insufficient and the propaganda guarantee of relevant functional departments is not in place.In view of the existing problems and reasons of the application of political ceremony in the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the optimization path of the application of political ceremony in the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,that is,carefully planning and organizing political ceremony,striving to improve students' political literacy,strengthening the propaganda of political ceremony and improving the guarantee mechanism of political ceremony.Through the above measures,we try to optimize the application of political ceremony in the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,improve the application effect,improve students' political identity,and guide students to internalize their values in the heart and externalize them in practice.
