Moral education is the responsibility of teachers,but in the process of teaching,there is still a practical problem that teachers attach importance to imparting knowledge rather than value guidance.Teachers should do a good job in imparting knowledge and value guidance,and assume the moral responsibility of teachers.The ideological and political construction of curriculum is one of the important ways to implement the dual responsibilities of teaching and educating people.To give full play to the role of Ideological and political education in the curriculum,teachers must have the corresponding ability,that is,the ability to implement moral education responsibilities in the curriculum teaching.This paper introduces the concept of teachers' moral leadership,and by empowering teachers,teachers are included in the system of leadership construction,so as to actively and effectively affect the operation and development of Ideological and political education in the curriculum.Teachers' moral leadership is the moral influence of teachers on students in a vivid way in the process of curriculum teaching.The internal structure of teachers' Moral Education Leadership includes six dimensions: "cognitive ability" emphasizes the enhancement of teachers' value recognition of moral education;"planning ability" emphasizes the promotion of moral education task progress from the vertical dimension,and clarifies the content of teachers' moral education leadership;"integration ability" emphasizes the integration of teachers' teaching and education resources from the horizontal dimension,so as to achieve common sharing;"influence" emphasizes the integration of teachers' teaching and education resources from the horizontal dimension It refers to that teachers imperceptibly convey ideology to students and realize value guidance in the process of teaching and educating people;"communication ability" refers to that teachers can improve efficiency and achieve teaching objectives by giving full play to communication ability in the process of teaching and educating people;"innovation ability" refers to that teachers should flexibly use various forms of teaching modes,so that students can also experience the curriculum in the process of receiving professional knowledge The charm of Ideological and political education is to enhance the role of Ideological and political education.From the six dimensions of cognition,planning,integration,influence,communication and innovation,teachers' moral education leadership can be improved,teachers' enthusiasm,initiative and creativity can be brought into full play,moral education content and professional curriculum content can be effectively combined,teachers' moral quality and moral education ability can be improved,and curriculum ideological and political construction can be promoted Now "knowledge imparting" and "value leading" go hand in hand.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part,introduction;the second part,the definition and interpretation of related concepts involved in the paper;the third part,discusses the relationship between teachers' moral leadership and curriculum ideological and political construction;the fourth part,through questionnaires and interviews,investigates the current situation of curriculum ideological and political construction,sorts out and analyzes the existing problems;the fifth part,according to the curriculum In view of the problems existing in the ideological and political construction,this paper puts forward the specific implementation path from the perspective of teachers' moral leadership.
