The three-level curriculum management system advocated in the curriculum reform of basic education strongly advocates that teachers should change from curriculum executors to curriculum leaders,which provides a good opportunity for the development of curriculum leadership of high school ideological and political teachers.The in-depth study on the curriculum leadership of high school ideological and political teachers is in line with the value pursuit of the fundamental task of ideological and political courses.First of all,this paper studies the curriculum leadership of senior high school ideological and political teachers.In the course of ideological and political curriculum value guidance,practice demonstration and cultural construction,teachers' curriculum leadership is a comprehensive ability to cultivate students' core accomplishment of ideological and political subject,to carry out the goal of "building up people by virtue" and to develop themselves.Marx's all-round development theory,Maslow's humanism teaching theory and Gibbs' distributed leadership theory provide important theoretical basis for teachers' curriculum leadership research.Based on the achievement of the educational goal of ideological and political curriculum,the improvement of teaching quality and teaching effect,the cultivation of the core accomplishment of ideological and political subject and the improvement of the professional development ability and level of ideological and political teachers,it highlights the necessity and feasibility of curriculum leadership research for senior high school ideological and political teachers.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,the present situation of curriculum leadership of ideological and political teachers in Urumqi senior high school is investigated and analyzed.At present,the curriculum leadership of senior high school ideological and political teachers has been greatly improved,but due to the relative lag of some ideological and political teachers' curriculum value concept,curriculum leadership and lack of cultural literacy of curriculum leadership,some ideological and political teachers need to be improved in curriculum concept,curriculum leadership consciousness,curriculum leadership theory and practice ability,and curriculum cultural content development.Only in view of the shortcomings and reasons,can we put forward the optimized solution path and method,and it is possible to improve the curriculum leadership of senior high school ideological and political teachers.Finally,in view of the basic situation,shortcomings and causes of curriculum leadership of high school ideological and political teachers in Urumqi,combined with the concrete teaching practice of ideological and political teachers,this paper puts forward three aspects: renewing teachers' curriculum value concept,arousing teachers' internal motivation of curriculum leadership and improving teachers' cultural literacy of curriculum leadership,so as to promote and enhance teachers' curriculum leadership,and then effectively realize the subject teaching goal,ideological and political curriculum goal and education goal.Through the empirical research on the curriculum leadership of ideological and political teachers,it is hoped that it can have a certain impact on other related research,and provide help for the promotion of teachers' curriculum leadership in the future.
