With the coming of the knowledge economy era and the implementation of the newcurriculum reform about elementary education, the state raise higher and more diversifieddemands on the quality and specifications of talent. In response to the country’s urgent needs forhigh-quality, applied and professional talent, the Ministry of Education decided to have the full-time cultivation for the master of education professional degree in2009and recruit freshgraduates, devoting to promoting the change of master graduate student structure fromcultivating primarily academic talents to cultivating primarily applied and special talents. On thisview, the thesis research on Chinese full-time master of education professional degree graduatetraining situation using the form of surveys and interviews, aimed at discovering the problems inthe cultivation and analizing the problems in depth, at last strive to build Chinese unique trainingmodel of the full-time master of education professional degree.First, the paper generally explains the background and significance of topics, summarizesthe situation on the proposed idea of this research and research methods, and defined theconcepts that postgraduate training mode and full-time education graduate training mode.Second, it delicately combed the development process of Chinese master of educationprofessional degree and clear the course of development. Comparison of the professional masterdegree and the academic degree as well as full-time and part-time master of educationprofessional degree, summed up the characteristics of the full-time master of educationprofessional degree. Third, explore the main problems in the process of training about Chinesefull-time master of education professional degree and analyze the root causes by the survey offull-time education graduate training process, and provide a realistic basis for the followingresearch. Fourth, mainly construct the training mode of full-time master of educationprofessional degree. First analyzed the theoretical basis of training model construction, thenrethink the training objectives of Chinese full-time master of education professional degree andlocated on the future of education experts, and finally oriented by the training objectives andbased on the problems in the training process as well as the relevant experience gained in tryingto build an ideal training model for Chinese full-time master of education professional degree.Finally, in order to protect the healthy and orderly development of the full-time master ofeducation professional degree, and improve the training model of full-time Master of Education,the author put forward the recommendations of the relevant policies in the system, in order toprovide the reference which can use for the perfect training mode of Chinese full-time master ofeducation professional degree.
