At present,China is in "Made in China 2025" background of the development of economic and social transformation period,facing the opportunities and challenges of a new round of revolution of science and technology,high level,high skill,application talents become the focus of cultivation,The occupation education in high level training of this occupation and practical features of distinctive talent obviously has insufficient,therefore the full-time professional degree of graduate graduate education(Abbreviation “Full-time Master”)came into being,the essence of full-time professional degree of graduate graduate education is the higher occupation education.Based on this,this article explores the full-time professional degree of graduate graduate training mode,on the one hand can put forward more effective training mode,cultivate more high-quality,comprehensive,more competitive talents,so as to meet the new round of technological revolution under the background of economic and social transformation of human development to a higher demand,to further promote the new development China's economic and social;On the other hand,it can improve the graduate education system and modern vocational education system,and provide a new way of thinking for the reform and development of graduate education and modern vocational education.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire and interview of two teachers,the nature of the school in a comprehensive university and a medical school conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews,understand the culture of our country at present full-time special master graduate students in different areas.The study found that Chinese graduate students in the full-time professional degree of graduate enrollment,training objectives and duration,curriculum,teaching staff,practice base construction,thesis writing requirements,evaluation system and funding system "etc.there are still many problems.In view of the present our country full-time professional degree of graduate postgraduate training mode in the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: to clear training objectives,highlight the culture characteristics,including clear training objectives to occupation ability oriented and cultivate the spirit of innovation,enhance practical ability;the market demand and development oriented cooperation,exploring the new mode of cultivation;improving the construction of the "double" teachers,construction of teaching staff team of professional degree;Actively carry out case teaching,innovative teachingmode;to explore new forms of occupation education and application-oriented and full-time professional master degree postgraduate education;adhere to the problem oriented writing;establish a perfect quality evaluation system and funding system.
