The course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school is a comprehensive course which is based on the life of junior middle school students,integrates the important contents of morality,mental health,law and national conditions,and aims at guiding and promoting the ideological and moral development of junior middle school students.In practice,there are many problems in the course of morality and the rule of law,such as the low status of the course,the low interest of students,and the weak sense of happiness of teachers.In the face of the above problems,the author introduces the theory of positive psychology into the course of morality and rule of law,trying to put forward optimization measures from the perspective of positive psychology.The main content of this study is "research and improvement of junior high school moral and rule of law teaching from the perspective of positive psychology",which can be divided into the following five chapters:The introduction summarizes the background significance,research status,research methods and innovation of this study.It is believed that the application of positive psychology to junior middle school moral and rule of law teaching can improve the effectiveness of junior middle school moral and rule of law teaching,highlight human nature and improve scientific.The first chapter is the theory of positive psychology,which focuses on the concept of positive prevention,positive education and positive organization,and introduces the positive psychological counseling method,positive emotional experience method and positive organization system method.The second chapter is the necessity and feasibility of the application of positive psychology theory in the course of morality and rule of law.They are consistent in the concept of attaching importance to individual value and human subjectivity,in the essence of promoting human freedom and all-round development,and in the positive guiding function.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of junior middle school moral and rule of law teaching from the perspective of positive psychology.Through the questionnaire and on-the-spot interview,the author analyzes the three subjects of students,teachers and environment,and thinks that the lack of positive psychological quality and positive environment is the important reason for the above problems.The fourth chapter is to use positive psychology to optimize the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school,from three aspects of students,teachers and environment.The last part is the summary of the whole paper.
