| The "Curriculum Standards for Ethics and Rule of Law in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)" proposes that the basic characteristics of ideological education should be grasped in the implementation of the curriculum,and the organic combination of reasoning education and enlightenment and guidance should be realized.Ideological and political theories and moral norms have never arisen spontaneously.It is necessary to give play to the leading role of teachers in teaching and the main position of students,and to regulate and guide political direction and value orientation in encouraging students to take the initiative to learn and think positively.So how can the above requirements be achieved? "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Outline(Trial)" pointed out that the enlightenment and motivation function of education should be brought into play.Motivation is the key to behavior,and its essence is to awaken people’s potential and stimulate people’s development according to people’s inner needs.For the ethics and rule of law classroom,teachers can use classroom incentives to create teaching situations for students that are actually related to students’ lives,enrich students’ experience,and promote the unity of knowledge and action.Based on this,this paper conducts a systematic study on the application of classroom motivation in the teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools,which is mainly divided into the following three parts:The first part mainly explains the connotation,basis and type of classroom motivation.First,the meaning of "motivation" and "classroom motivation" was introduced,and their connotations were clarified.Then,from the theoretical basis of Marxist anthropological theory,the motivation thought in traditional Chinese culture,and the motivation theory in Western culture.Based on the needs of junior high school students’ physiological and psychological development,the need to achieve teaching goals,and the need to meet the new curriculum standards,the theoretical foundation for the application of classroom incentives in the teaching of ethics and the rule of law in junior high schools is laid,enrich the connotation of classroom motivation and discuss the importance of classroom motivation for the healthy growth of students;finally,three types of classroom motivation are introduced: material motivation and spiritual motivation,internal motivation and external motivation,positive motivation and negative motivation.The second part mainly investigates and analyzes the current situation of classroom motivation in the teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools through classroom observation,student questionnaires and teacher interviews in practice,and finds that the application of classroom motivation has both positive aspects and corresponding problems.For example,some teachers lack understanding of classroom incentives,do not consider the differences of students when applying classroom incentives,and classroom incentives affect the learning attitude of some students and affect the learning atmosphere of the class.The third part proposes optimization methods from three aspects according to the survey analysis and existing problems,including the basic strategies of classroom motivation in the teaching of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools,strengthening teachers’ application skills in classroom motivation methods,and building a motivating school culture. |
