In the development stage of promoting agricultural and rural modernization in an all-round way,the shortage of high-quality talents in agricultural and rural areas has always been a weak link hindering the construction of rural areas,agricultural modernization and Rural Revitalization.With the Ministry of education launching the project of " the project of One Undergraduate for One Village ",the idea of serving "three rural" high-quality talents through higher education resources has been paid more and more attention.At the national level,China Radio and television university system provides the main educational resources support for the " the project of One Undergraduate for One Village ".In 2011,Jiangxi Province launched the " the project of One Undergraduate for One Village ",which was organized and implemented by Jiangxi Agricultural University and Jiangxi Radio and Television University by combining distance education learning with adult higher education correspondence learning.Remarkable achievements have been made in the revitalization of rural talents,but there are still some problems in training mechanism,training quality and training methods that need to be improved.By using the methods of literature research,field observation,interview and questionnaire,this paper makes a deep analysis and Discussion on the implementation,training mode and problems in the process of " the project of One Undergraduate for One Village " in Jiangxi Province,in order to improve the quality of rural talents in China and provide reference for the popularization and promotion of the cultivation of new socialist farmers in China.Firstly,this paper summarizes the implementation effect of the policy by combing the related concepts,implementation background and implementation process of " the project of One Undergraduate for One Village ".Then,through a questionnaire survey of the relevant students,From the three aspects of government function,education mode and education object,this paper analyzes the students' overall evaluation on the implementation of " the project of One Undergraduate for One Village " in Jiangxi Province.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,it is found that there are still some problems in teaching implementation,supervision and evaluation,and follow-up support after graduation.Then,through the form of interviews,with university administrators,teachers,students,in-depth analysis of Jiangxi Province " the project of One Undergraduate for One Village " teaching management problems and the characteristics of students themselves,the problems are summarized.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from three aspects of government function,education mode and education object.The first is to establish the management mode of "government + school +township",establish the supervision and evaluation mechanism,and strengthen the policy support for graduates;the second is to strengthen the construction of practical teaching system,build a scientific and reasonable curriculum system,and explore diversified teaching modes;the third is to change students' learning concept,flexibly formulate teaching plans and develop special teaching materials for students.
