Research On The Innovative Development Path Of Weightlifting Project In Jiangxi Province

In recent years,with unprecedented momentum,sports speed up the construction of sports power and realize the great mission of socialist modernization.Weight lifting in Jiangxi Province has made great achievements in history,and has become the dominant sport in Jiangxi Province,but the achievements in recent years are not ideal.Therefore,rooted in the actual development of weightlifting project in Jiangxi Province,it is of great significance to analyze the influencing factors of the project development and put forward the innovative development path.This paper takes "the innovative development path of weightlifting project in Jiangxi Province" as the research topic,uses grounded theory research method to analyze the factors influencing the innovative development of weightlifting project in Jiangxi Province,and puts forward the influencing factors framework of weightlifting project innovation development in Jiangxi Province,which is divided into four main factors: development foundation,development resources,development structure and development results,and further divided into nine sub factors-policy support factors,development environment factors,cultural orientation factors,human resources factors,financial resources factors,government management factors,social factors,internal factors and external factors.Finally,according to the influencing factors framework of weight lifting project innovation and development in Jiangxi Province,the paper puts forward the innovative development path,building a strong sports Province,improving the preferential policy of advantageous projects;changing the development mode of weight lifting project,strengthening the stability of development environment;giving full play to the role of advanced culture,establishing a correct cultural concept;implementing the combination of education and sports,running provincial teams and schools,improving the talent team;establishing the investment evaluation system,In order to realize the innovation and development of heavy lifting projects in Jiangxi Province,we should rationally allocate financial resources,optimize the development structure and form a diversified management mode,clarify the responsibilities of social subjects and tap the social potential,improve the internal factors and improve the comprehensive strength,improve the understanding level of projects and counter promote the path of economy and science and technology.
