Classroom introduction skill is one of teachers' basic teaching skills,which can not only reflect teachers' own teaching philosophy and teaching level,but also help students quickly enter classroom teaching and improve learning efficiency.In order to improve the level of teaching skills of front-line teachers,make classroom teaching better,and promote the efficiency of teacher-student communication and teaching effect,this paper takes the introduction link of Chinese classroom teaching in Dong'e experimental middle school in Shandong Province as the object,through repeatedly observing the classroom teaching process of three grades of junior middle school,and conducting interviews with the current front-line junior middle school Chinese teachers,to analyze the junior middle school Chinese classroom teaching This paper studies the current situation of the introduction,combined with the characteristics of junior middle school Chinese teaching,and provides targeted optimization strategies for the problems existing in the introduction link of junior middle school Chinese classroom teaching.It is mainly elaborated from three aspectsFirst of all,in the introduction part,it puts forward the questions,makes clear the reason of the topic selection and the research significance of this paper,briefly introduces the research status of classroom introduction,and puts forward the problems and methods to be studied.The purpose of this part is to grasp the direction,clarify the key points,focus on the difficulties,put forward the methods and planning objectives.Secondly,it analyzes the problem from two aspects of theoretical research and implementation.The first chapter studies the theoretical basis and implementation principles of introducing skills in junior high school Chinese teaching,as well as the role of introducing skills in junior high school Chinese teaching;the second chapter records and analyzes data through classroom observation and personal interviews.The purpose of this part is to straighten out the advantages,problems and reasons of introducing skills in junior middle school Chinese teaching,and to lay a data foundation for how to optimize the introduction skills in junior middle school Chinese teaching.Finally,the optimization strategy is put forward.The third chapter summarizes the problems in classroom introduction and analyzes the reasons.The fourth chapter puts forward targeted optimization strategies.The purpose of this part is to put theory into reality,extract problems and puzzles from practice,and then feed back and enrich relevant theoretical research with appropriate practice.This paper aims to sort out the basic theoretical framework by studying the literature of classroom introduction,record and analyze the classroom teaching situation of front-line Chinese teachers in Dong'e experimental middle school in Shandong Province,find out the crux of the problem through the data,accurately analyze the causes of the problem,and put forward targeted optimization strategies,so as to provide reference for improving the effect of classroom introduction and improving teachers' teaching skills It is beneficial to think and use for reference.It is hoped that the front-line teachers can maintain their work enthusiasm and enterprising spirit,optimize their own teaching skills and improve classroom teaching style by improving teaching philosophy,participating in teaching seminars,referring to excellent cases,paying attention to students' learning situation,and updating teaching tools,so as to improve the teaching level of the front-line teachers.
