The lead-in, which is the first important link in Chinese teaching activities, has the vital function of co-ordination, suspicion, and awakening. However ,there are so many studies on the effects and the methods of lead-in, the studies on the integrity and systematicness of lead-in is rare. Based on Guo Fenyun's theory of "three factors of lead-in",this paper systematically studies the "lead-in" from the organizational elements,form strategy and resource strategy. Therefor, this article divided into three chapters in detail.The introduction, which is a summary on the principal ideas of the article, mainly introduce the present situation of the lead-in and the problems in teaching and practice.The text is the emphasis of this article, which is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is the study in the organizational element of the lead-in. According to the organizers of the event, I put the lead-in into three organizational types: teacher guidance ,teachers and students led, student-led, and analyze the pros and cons of these three different kinds of organizational types. I advocate teachers to try different types of lead-in forms, to improve students' abilities of autonomous learning. The second chapter is the study in the normal-form strategy of the lead-in. In accordance with the activities of different ways, I divide it into language import and behavior import for that we can fully understand the import link. And then, the author puts forward that the teacher should increase the behavior introduction strategy in teaching and change the current status of the singularity. The third chapter is to study the lead-in of the resource strategy.In the light of the sources of the resources, which I divide into the introduction of teaching resources in class and extracurricular teaching resources, so that teachers can expand their teaching resources. At the same time, in order to make teachers fully and rational use the teaching resources, the author in this chapter will provide the way to deal with the teaching resources. The above is the main point of view of this article.The author write this article aims to provide a multiple perspective for frontline teachers to analyze the first important link of lead-in. At the same time, I am looking for a better way to solve the problems of lead-in. The teachers can combine practice with theory, start with efficient lead-in in order to create an efficient,extremely popular language classroom for students.
