In order to further promote the continuation and deepening of quality education and implement the fundamental task of moral education,core literacy is the focus of deepening the reform of basic education and the basis of classroom teaching design and practice.It is not only the requirement of the new curriculum reform for primary school mathematics teaching,but also the puzzle of primary school mathematics teachers in the practical teaching.Based on the concept of mathematics core literacy,this study explores the status quo of primary school mathematics teachers' teaching understanding and practice,attempts to systematically construct the methods for each link of primary school mathematics teaching design,makes up for the limitations of traditional teaching design,implements the cultivation of mathematics core literacy,and provides a new and unique perspective reference and guidance for front-line teachers to carry out mathematics teaching design.By using the methods of questionnaire,interview and text analysis,this study takes the mathematics teachers of K primary school in Dongchangfu District of Liaocheng City as the investigation object,comprehensively and deeply understands the understanding and practice of the primary school mathematics teachers for the teaching design under the three-dimensional goal and the concept of mathematical core literacy,so as to provide solid data support for the writing of this study.Through the statistics and analysis of the relevant data,we found the following problems: first,teachers' lack of understanding of the core literacy of mathematics,weak awareness of training;second,inaccurate positioning of teaching objectives,lack of attention to literacy training;third,teaching content ignored literacy penetration,lack of secondary development;Fourth,the introduction of formalization in the teaching process,lack of innovation in homework design,lack of literacy penetration Five,the teaching method is single,which is not conducive to the cultivation of literacy;six,taking knowledge and skills as the teaching evaluation standard,the evaluation subject is single.Through the analysis of the survey results,based on the guiding concept of mathematics core literacy,this paper gives the following methods to construct four teaching links: first,scientifically formulate the teaching objectives,mainly from two aspects of accurate teaching objectives and highlighting the literacy training requirements,and the overall design of teaching objectives with operability;second,carefully select the teaching content,which should respect the students' rules and stick to the students Based on the students' life experience,we should focus on the core quality of mathematics;third,we should reasonably set up the teaching process and methods,innovate the classroom introduction,enrich the teaching methods,and innovate the assignment design on the basis of developing the students' core quality of mathematics;fourth,we should make full use of the teaching evaluation,pay attention to the formative evaluation,enrich the evaluation methods,and diversify the evaluation subjects.Combined with the design strategy,taking the example of "the circumference of rectangle and square" in the first volume of the third grade mathematics textbook of Qingdao edition as an example,this paper puts forward the teaching design case based on the mathematical core literacy,and makes a comparative analysis with the teaching design implementation effect under the guidance of three-dimensional objectives,so as to test the effectiveness of the method construction under the guidance of the concept of mathematical core literacy.
