The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that it is necessary to fully adhere to the Party's educational policy,carry out the fundamental task of building morality and educating people,and develop quality education.From 2013,when the Ministry of Education started the curriculum reform of ordinary high schools,to2017,when the geography curriculum standards of ordinary high schools were officially promulgated,efforts were made to improve students' comprehensive quality and prepare them for going to university,society and lifelong learning in the future.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,there are new requirements for students' geography level.On this basis,geography teaching pays more attention to the connection between life and life,so it is very necessary to live geography teaching.In this paper,the author mainly used the methods of reference analysis,questionnaire and interview communication to check and analyze the actual situation of geography life teaching in senior high schools.There are six classes and the geography teachers from Grade One to Grade Three in Caoxian No.1 Senior High School in Heze City were mainly investigated and interviewed.Through research and analysis,there are some problems in life-oriented teaching,such as lack of application of students' daily life,poor understanding of teachers' life-oriented teaching theory,and single implementation mode.Facing the college entrance examination,both students and teachers feel that the task is heavy,which leads to the slow implementation of life-oriented teaching.Based on the investigation of the present situation,this paper is put forward some suggestions on the application of life-oriented teaching from four aspects: students,teachers,schools and teaching links,emphasizing the active participation of students and teachers,the attention of schools and the application of various links in the classroom,which makes the suggestions more concrete and hierarchical.This paper focuses on the concrete application of life-oriented teaching in five teaching links: organizing teaching,introducing new lessons,learning new knowledge,consolidating new knowledge,and ending the course.It explains in detail how to apply life-oriented teaching in the actual classroom,makes the strategy more concrete,and provides convenience for front-line teachers' life-oriented teaching.It also makes two case analyses of "The Circle Structure of the Earth" in Chapter 1 of Compulsory 1 and "The Spatial Change of Population" in Chapter 1 of Compulsory 2,in order to provide reference for front-line geography teachers.
