As a traditional Chinese learning method which has been paid great attention to in Chinese teaching for thousands of years,the method of recitation promotes the classical Chinese learning significantly nowadays.With the prominence of traditional culture education in the new era,the Chinese curriculum standard puts the method of recitation in an important position.In recent years,the sharply increasing number of classical Chinese in Chinese textbooks of the unified edition in primary school makes the application of recitation in classical Chinese teaching become the focus of Chinese teachers.This study finds that the teaching effect of the current classical Chinese recitation in primary schools was not so satisfied through some research methods such as literature,questionnaire and interview,etc.The problems are as follows: the recitation teaching stay in the form while teachers focus on teaching;teachers can't provide scientific instructions on recitation,highlighting pronunciation and intonation;the recitation methods are single,mainly in reading aloud and reading together;centering on teachers,the recitation evaluation is not perfect.On the basis of the problem measuring,we carry out the reason analysis and find that the main causes lie in some aspects such as students' lack of motivation in classical Chinese recitation,teachers' lack of excellent basic skills in classical Chinese recitation,and the to-be-improved teaching design ability for teachers.Finally,the research proposes some improvement strategies for the application of classical Chinese teaching in primary schools through stimulating students' motivation and interest in diverse forms,improving teachers' professional quality in classical Chinese recitation teaching in multiple ways,and improving teaching design of classical Chinese recitation multi-dimensionally.The study not only enriches the related theories of recitation method and classical Chinese teaching,but also provides operational references to Chinese teachers in primary school on how to use effectively recitation method in classical Chinese teaching,which has important theoretical and practical significance.
