| The isomerism of the same class is based on the optimization of teaching as the theoretical basis.Through the different choices of teachers in teaching ideas,teaching methods and teaching styles,the optimal teaching design is obtained and the teaching effect is better.This thesis aims to provide effective practical guidance for teachers’ teaching ability and theoretical support for the popularization of isomerism.This paper studies the role of isomerism in promoting the teaching ability of junior high school physical education teachers.First of all,through the literature method to study the same class isomerism and junior high school physical education teachers teaching ability related theory;secondly,through the expert investigation method to Yueyang city 12 experts two rounds of investigation,using factor analysis to extract 5 factors;Through the questionnaire survey of 14 middle schools in Yueyang city,the author analyzes how to promote teachers’ teaching ability.This paper concludes:(1)Through investigation and factor analysis,it is concluded that the first class indexes of physical education teachers’ teaching ability in Yueyang city are teaching design ability,classroom organization and management ability,teaching evaluation and reflection ability,teachers’ communication ability,action technology teaching ability and 13 second class indexes under the first class index.(2)Through investigation and case analysis,it is concluded that the isomerism of the same class can promote teachers’ teaching ability.The main performance is that the same class isomerism promotes the teacher’s classroom management and organization ability,the same class isomerism promotes the teaching design ability,the same class isomerism promotes the action technology teaching ability,the same class isomerism promotes the evaluation and the reflection ability,the same class isomerism promotes the teacher’s communication ability.(3)Through investigation,interview,case study and problem analysis,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to improve the teaching ability of PE teachers in junior high school. |
