As the first person in charge of class management,the class management ability of the head teacher has a direct impact on the development of class activities,the quality of the class atmosphere,the degree of home-school synergy,the exchange effect of class,the harmonious relationship between teachers and students,etc.For most ordinary private junior middle schools,the class management ability of the head teacher carries the expectation of more society,schools,parents and students,and has a more important impact on the development of school education.To better understand the current situation and problems of class management ability,director of the private schools,this study with teacher professional development theory and behavioral science management theory as the theoretical basis,to run by the local junior high school teacher in class management ability as the research object,according to the theory of "research-the question-the empirical investigation,cause analysis,put forward countermeasures of" the basic train of thought to carry out effective empirical research.First,students from eight classes of junior middle school in G school were randomly sampled to conduct a questionnaire survey on the status quo of class management ability of head teachers.Second,on this basis,in order to promote further investigation,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with some head teachers and educational directors of school G,in order to understand their difficulties,feelings,experiences and feelings in class management.Three is based on the related literature and theoretical basis,at the same time,according to the guidelines for the primary and secondary school teachers training courses(class management)and other documents spirit,from the development of communication and cooperation ability,class teachers guide,class construction and class activities organization ability and the comprehensive quality evaluation of capacity of five dimensions for sorting and analyzing research data.Fourth,according to the problems and causes of class management ability of private junior middle school head teachers,put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures for improvement.The study found that the class management ability of the head teachers in private junior middle schools mainly has the following problems: relatively insufficient communication skills,lack of ability to organize class activities,weak development and guidance ability of students,limited ability to build excellent class,comprehensive quality and ability to improve.From the aspects of schools,head teachers,students and so on,it is found that the main reasons leading to the lack of class management ability of private junior middle school head teachers include: Weak school management system and mechanism setting,lack of experience and knowledge of school administrators,lack of ways to improve class management ability of head teachers,resulting in insufficient management literacy reserve,serious job burnout of head teachers,lack of students' awareness of independent management and so on.In order to further promote private junior high school teacher in class management ability,improve the quality of class management and results,this research from multiple perspectives such as the school put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions,including: perfecting school management system,to increase support for the teacher in charge,stimulate the head teacher self learning and Effective combination of head teacher management and education,etc.Study further enrich the private junior high school teacher in charge of class management ability to ascend the related theoretical research,expand the research perspective of junior high school teacher in class management ability,and help the private junior high school teacher in class management,promote the construct and perfect the related system,thus effectively promote the private junior high school's management level and education quality improvement overall.
