| It is a new task and a new subject to promote the cultivation of core quality of PE discipline in the current junior high school basketball teaching to improve the basketball skills and literacy of junior high school students and strengthen the teaching of basic basketball skills.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert survey,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the teaching mode of "study,practice,match and evaluation" of basketball basic skills of Grade 1 students in Changsha Bocai Middle School was deeply discussed.Through the investigation of the current situation,it is found that the main problems of basketball teaching in Changsha Bocai Middle School include insufficient attention to the teaching of basketball basic skills,unclear goals,lack of teachers,and disconnection between teaching inside and outside the class,etc.The main restrictive factors include education concept,course evaluation,teaching mode,teaching management and teaching investment.Based on the theory of lifelong physical education,this paper puts forward a new teaching model of basketball basic skills,including guiding ideology,teaching objectives and four elements of "learning,practice,competition and evaluation".Then,the test index was determined by expert investigation,and the teaching unit plan and extracurricular practice content plan of basketball technology were made.The experimental method is used to verify this model.Results show that the experimental group and control group,respectively,by comparing before and after the experiment result shows that two groups of students have remarkable progress on basketball skills to master,but the experimental results show that the teaching mode adopted by the experimental group is more advantageous than the teaching mode adopted by the control group for improving students’ performance.It proves that the teaching mode of "study,practice,competition and evaluation" is scientific and effective.On this basis,this study puts forward four strategies to promote the teaching mode of "learning,practice,competition and evaluation" of basic basketball skills,such as "strengthening publicity,improving teachers and students’ understanding and confidence in promoting the new mode".The results can provide a useful reference for promoting the teaching reform and model innovation of basketball sports technology in junior high school. |
