Food safety issues have attracted much attention and are related to the people's livelihood.Consumers will make certain judgments and behaviors on food safety-related issues based on their own cognitive level.If consumers' awareness of food safety risks is too high or too low,they will bring unnecessary losses to themselves.Therefore,understanding consumers' awareness of food safety risks is of practical significance to the development of enterprises and the formulation of relevant policies by government departments.my country's food industry has formed a “three products and one standard” trend.Among them,green foods have higher nutritional value and safety than general foods on the market,and consumers with a high degree of recognition of green foods have a general safety awareness and Reasonable cognition level,it is more reasonable to study consumers' cognition level of food safety risk in this group.Therefore,this article takes green food as an example,and the consumers in Qingdao City are surveyed.This paper takes risk perception as the main research content,combines consumer preference theory,consumer perception risk theory and consumer participation theory,examines consumers' food safety risk perception levels from six dimensions of risk perception,and uses demographic characteristics,variables,Purchase preferences,knowledge reserves and trust factors are used to analyze their impact on risk perception.517 valid questionnaires were collected using the questionnaire survey method,SPSS20.0 and AMOS20.0 were used to construct the structural equation model,and the path analysis and model evaluation were carried out.Finally,reasonable suggestions were given.The results show that consumers' perceptions of food safety risks are significantly different in terms of demographic characteristics variables;consumers' purchasing preferences,knowledge reserves and trust factors all have an impact on the level of food safety risk perceptions;there are differences among the influencing factors Certain correlation,knowledge reserve has a certain positive correlation with trust factors;knowledge reserve has a certain negative correlation with purchasing preferences;and purchasing preferences has a certain negative correlation with trust factors.Based on the research results,suggestions are made to relevant government departments and consumers to stabilize consumers' awareness of food safety risks.
