Research On Food Safety Risk Management Of Rural Public Kindergartens In M County

Food safety is closely related to people’s livelihood and has always been valued by people.Kindergarten food safety is related to family harmony and even social stability.Children’s physical resistance is weak,their awareness of self-protection is not strong,and the arrival of the second-child era has led to an increasing number of school-age children entering kindergartens,an increasing number of kindergartens,and the current campus and surrounding security environment is becoming more and more severe and complex The common influence of many social reasons such as changes has made some kindergartens food hygiene and safety and other sudden safety situations have prominent characteristics such as complex quantities,serious consequences,and extremely bad and complex social and psychological effects,and it is difficult to carry out timely Safe and effective prevention management and resolution.At the same time,in response to policy requirements,the number of rural public kindergartens in my country has gradually increased.In this context,food safety risk management in rural public kindergartens is particularly important.In order to reduce the occurrence of food safety accidents in kindergartens,it is necessary to strengthen the risk management of food safety in kindergartens,so as to effectively reduce the frequency and severity of food safety accidents before,during and after the event.After years of research and practice,risk management theory has become very mature and has been used in many fields,but it is still not widely used in the field of food safety management in rural public kindergartens.Management issues have carried out some basic researches in theory,but there are few related researches that really combine the actual situation of our country with relevant theoretical researches.This study took eight public schools in M County as the research objects,and used questionnaire survey,literature research,RAC assessment and other methods to study the food safety risk management of rural public kindergartens in M County.First,starting from the current situation of food safety risk management in rural public kindergartens in M County,summarize its characteristics,problems and the reasons for these problems.Secondly,from the perspective of risk management,the food safety risks of eight rural public kindergartens in M County are identified and evaluated using the RAC method.Combining theory with practice,constructs a risk identification and assessment system,a pre-risk prevention system,a risk monitoring system,a post-risk reduction system and a risk responsibility transfer system for food safety in rural public kindergartens in M County.Finally,on the basis of the problems and reasons mentioned above,combined with the constructed risk management system,from the perspective of public governance,six countermeasures and suggestions for improving the food safety risk management of rural public kindergartens in M County are put forward.Schools play the primary role,families must play a fundamental role,third-party institutions play an important role,enterprises play an active role in promoting,and news media play an important role.
