With the steadily ceaselessly advancement of "double first-class" construction,the construction of first-class disciplines and development of discipline cluster,has become the extraordinary and vital assignment of the reconstruction of first-class universities in China.In recent years,with the further development of the discipline cluster constructing,the core discipline competitiveness and high-quality development of some universities are facing severe challenges due to the growth dilemma of innovation capacity and innovation performance.At present,the relevant research mainly focuses on discipline cluster planning and evaluation,superior discipline group construction,lack of the research of the theoretical model of the perspective of network embedding and the systematic empirical analysis of the innovation ability of university discipline cluster.On the basis of reviewing and combing the literature in the fields related to multiple embedding and innovation ability,and based on the difficulties in improving the innovation ability of university discipline cluster in China,this paper explores the influence of network multiple embedding and knowledge integration on the innovation ability of university discipline cluster from the perspective of complex network and embedding.Firstly,drawing on the connotation of network embedding theory and binary innovation and knowledge integration,the concept of network multiple embedding of university discipline cluster is proposed and divided into relationship embedding,structural embedding,cultural embedding and cognitive embedding.The connotation of the innovation ability and knowledge integration of the university discipline cluster is specifically defined and divided into gradual innovation ability and breakthrough innovation ability,auxiliary knowledge integration and complementary knowledge integration.Secondly,on the preliminary work of summarizing and studying the correlative literature at home and abroad,this paper devises the analytical framework of this study,constructs the conception model of "multiple embedding-knowledge integrationinnovation ability" of university discipline cluster,and puts forward the corresponding research assumptions,analyzes the role mechanism and influence path between network multiple embedding,knowledge integration and innovation ability,and discusses the intermediary role of knowledge integration on the relationship between network multiple embedding and innovation ability.Finally,by means of preamble investigation,the paper compiles a questionnaire named "Network Relation And Innovation Of University Discipline Cluster" from the perspective of teacher perception,and then samples through prior survey and formal questionnaire distribution.Through the empirical analysis by using SPSS25.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical software,this paper tests and explains the conceptual model and relevant assumptions.Therefore,based on the previous discussion,this paper draws explicit conclusions and proposes idiographic countermeasures on advancing the innovation ability of the university discipline cluster from the perspective of network embedding and knowledge integration.The main research summing-up of this paper are: Firstly,the four dimensions of network multiple embedding have a notable positive influence on the progressive and breakthrough innovation ability of the university discipline cluster.Secondly,the relationship,structure and cognitive embedding of the network multiple embedding have a positive effect on both auxiliary and complementary knowledge integration of discipline cluster,while cultural embedding only has a prominent positive impact on auxiliary knowledge integration of discipline.Thirdly,discipline knowledge integration has a significant positive impact on the improvement of the innovation ability of the university discipline cluster.The two dimensions of knowledge integration have greater influence on progressive innovation ability than on breakthrough innovation ability.Fourthly,knowledge integration plays a significant intermediary role in the positive relationship between relationship embedding,structural embedding,cultural embedding and cognitive embedding on the innovation ability of university subject cluster.
