In recent years,discipline construction has become a research hotspot in colleges and universities.Some first-class universities and their leaders have begun to regard the construction of discipline cluster as a breakthrough point in advancing the double-class construction,and put the understanding and exploration of discipline construction at the perspective of discipline cluster.This research will take the knowledge transfer behavior in the context of discipline clusters as a foothold,study the characteristics of discipline knowledge transfer and the mechanism of impact on discipline open innovation,and will provide theory and practice for improving the efficiency of resource utilization in discipline clusters and thus the efficiency of discipline innovation.This research first reviews the knowledge transfer theories and related models of previous scholars,extracts the structural elements of knowledge transfer within the discipline cluster,analyzes the stages of knowledge transfer within the discipline cluster,and establishes a preliminary structural model of knowledge transfer between discipline.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the context of the discipline cluster,it analyzes the elements of discipline knowledge transfer in the context of discipline cluster,and summarizes the relationship between knowledge transfer and discipline open innovation.Third,on the basis of the foregoing theoretical combing and analysis,a research model of the impact of knowledge transfer on discipline open innovation in the context of discipline clusters is constructed,and research hypotheses are put forward.Finally,a questionnaire “Knowledge Transfer and Open Innovation in University Discipline Clusters” was compiled,and 345 university teachers were tested.The data was analyzed through SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0 software,and the openness of the elements of knowledge transfer to discipline innovation was analyzed.It validates the theoretical hypothesis proposed,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to relevant subjects based on the empirical results.Based on the above research,the conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Discipline knowledge transfer motivation has a significant positive impact on the openness of discipline innovation,and it is the most critical element of knowledge transfer that affects discipline open innovation.(2)Both the ability to send discipline's knowledge and the ability to absorb discipline's knowledge have a significant positive effect on the openness of discipline innovation.These two capabilities can accumulate innovative knowledge and integrate innovative resources for the discipline,thereby promoting open innovation of the discipline.(3)The context of discipline knowledge transfer and open innovation also have a significant positive correlation.The open innovation of discipline needs to be supported by a good knowledge transfer context.(4)The motivation of knowledge transfer plays a part of mediating role in the role of academic development context on open innovation.This research aims at the problems existing in the construction of discipline clusters in the construction of "double first-class",analyzes the knowledge transfer between disciplines in the context of discipline clusters,and expands the knowledge transfer theory to new specific situations,which can promote the use of discipline cluster communication platforms for disciplines to obtain All kinds of innovative resources in the cluster,improve the efficiency of resource utilization in the discipline cluster,increase the degree of open innovation of the discipline,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for improving the construction efficiency of the discipline cluster.
