| In recent years,family-school collaborative education has also attracted the attention of more and more countries and regions in the diversified development and reform of society.In our country,the collaborative education of colleges and universities started late and its development is weak,and its research is relatively lagging behind.After clarifying the connotation,responsibilities,characteristics and deficiencies of family education and school education,and based on the empirical study of the current situation and problems of family-school collaborative education in primary schools in suburban integration areas,this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the construction of school collaborative education mechanism,from the perspective of synergy theory,from the concept,goal,organizational structure,content,methods,carriers,platforms Guarantee,evaluation and other aspects,further explore the systematic mechanism that can improve the effect of family-school collaborative education,and provide a practical path for family-school collaborative education in primary schools in suburban integration areas in China.Through the survey,it is found that X primary school has established parent school,opened parent courses,organized diversified family-school activities,improved the home committee system,and attached great importance to the family-school collaborative education.However,there are still "absence" and "disability" of parents,and their educational literacy is generally low;The interaction between home and school is insufficient and the level is low;Volunteer service is poor in mutual assistance,and most of them become "assistant" in school work;It is very common for children to be tired of learning at home;Parents’ participation in decision-making is not truly representative;Insufficient support for activities and projects cooperating with the community.The main reasons are insufficient motivation of family-school collaborative education,imperfect organizational structure,imperfect operation guarantee and unclear efficiency positioning.Through the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of mechanism construction,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to further improve the mechanism of family-school collaborative education in primary schools in urban and suburban integration areas: First,stimulate the endogenous driving force of the main body of home school collaborative education;Second,strengthen the organization and personnel construction of home school collaborative education;Third,strengthen the operation guarantee ability of family-school collaborative education;Fourth,strengthen the target orientation to promote the effectiveness of supervision and evaluation. |
