| The purpose of this paper is to explore the operation mechanism of school soccer in elementary school in Tianfu New Area,Chengdu,in the context of the"integration of sports and education" policy,which has been implemented by the State General Administration of Sports,the Ministry of Education and local education departments since its promulgation.The purpose of this paper is to fully understand the reality of the school soccer operation mechanism in Tianfu New Area with the support of the "integration of sports and education" policy,to justify the rationality of the school soccer operation in the local area,and to fully understand the effect of the "integration of sports and education" policy on the school football operation.This process reflects the innovative development of sports by the State General Administration of Sports and the reform of education by the Ministry of Education,and also provides a basis for the development of school football in the context of analysis,general trend analysis of research,research keywords,keyword emergence,distribution of campus soccer research authors’ publications and cooperation,and distribution of research institutions.Using fieldwork method,literature method,logical analysis method,expert interview method,procedure coding method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods,20 elementary school with certain representativeness were selected for field research to investigate the overall operation of campus soccer in Tianfu New Area,the operation of campus soccer top-level design,the operation of campus soccer competition system,the operation of campus soccer talent cultivation,the operation of campus soccer cultural communication,and the operation of campus soccer superior resources integration.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the overall operation of school football in Tianfu New Area,the operation of school football top design,the operation of school football competition system,the operation of school football talent training,the operation of school football cultural communication,the operation of school soccer superior resources integration,the social operation motivation mechanism of school soccer,the social operation integration mechanism of school soccer,the social operation incentive mechanism of school soccer,the social operation control mechanism of school soccer and the social operation guarantee mechanism of school soccer.Research results:The overall operation of campus soccer in Tianfu New Area is mainly implemented and executed by the District Social Development Governance and Social Affairs Bureau,with the cooperation and coordination of Sichuan Tianfu New Area Physical Education Teachers Sharing Center and Chengdu Tianfu New Area Football Sports Association.From 2015 to 2023,Tianfu New District will comprehensively implement the Action Plan for the Construction of the Eight Systems of National Youth Campus Football,the Implementation Opinions of Sichuan Provincial Department of Education on Further Promoting the Accelerated Development of Youth Campus Football in Our Province,and other We will take the opportunity to deepen the reform of school soccer,develop our thinking,make real efforts,innovate and promote the development of school soccer mechanism in the New Area,focus on the "five education",adhere to the concept of "soccer traction,comprehensive education",and focus on the function of soccer education.The school soccer system is popularized in the whole area,the management and operation mechanism is coordinated,the teaching system is diversified,and the integration of tournament and training is promoted.Through "teaching,practicing and playing",school soccer has become an important sport for young people to strengthen their physical health,cultivate their willpower and improve their personality.At present,Tianfu New Area has 28 schools with national youth campus soccer characteristics,and soccer has become the most popular sport among students in the city.Tianfu New District was awarded the 2019 National School Football Best Squad Player Delivery Unit List and selected as the best squad for the 2019 National Youth School Football Summer Camp General Camp.2023 Tianfu New District students were selected as the first squad for the China Football Youngsters 2014 Echelon.Study conclusion:The analysis has emerged that the problems of the current campus soccer operation mechanism of elementary school in Tianfu New Area are mainly 1.the low guarantee of the operation of the administrative body;2.the neglect of the development of campus soccer special schools;3.and the low level of social popularization and recognition;4.the low utilization of special funds for campus soccer;5.the low level of basic professional training;6.the campus soccer competition system to be improved;7.the talent training motivation mechanism There are loopholes;8.lack of infrastructure construction control ability;9.insufficient ability to integrate teachers and resources;10.unbalanced regional coordinated incentive development;the study concludes and recommends that the government’s main responsibility should be brought into play to improve the operation mechanism of campus soccer;deepen the integration of sports and education development to cultivate and build campus soccer talents;encourage the participation of social forces to build youth soccer clubs;reasonably plan the allocation of resources to promote coordinated regional development of soccer;consolidate the training and competition system and optimize the development strategy of campus soccer. |
