Research On "Home-school-society" Collaborative Sports Education Mechanism Based On Interactive Platform

In 2021,the Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China and Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education(hereinafter referred to as the "double Reduction" Policy)were issued with two important guiding policies,which point out that to solve the practical demands of students’ physical and mental health,it is necessary to adhere to the government-led and multi-party linkage.We will make clear the responsibility of "home-school community" coordination,and promote and improve the mechanism of "home-school community" coordination of education.This study presupposes research tasks according to the actual situation of the "home-school-community" collaborative physical education mechanism,and selects qualitative research methods such as literature,interview,questionnaire and case study as the main research methods.The purpose of this study is to clarify the development significance and advantages of the interactive platform and home-school cooperative sports education mechanism,analyze the components and operation links of the mechanism based on the interactive platform,innovate the overall design ideas and promotion methods of the implementation of the collaborative sports education mechanism,and draw the following conclusions:(1)There are few researches on the coordinated education of "home-school community" and "home-school community" coordinated physical education in China.There is still no unified standard for the coordinated concept of "home-school community",and there is a lack of localized successful cases for reference.The international theoretical research on family,school and social cooperative education has been relatively perfect,from theoretical exploration to practical application.These international model education cases provide useful guidance and inspiration for this study on the optimization path of the mechanism of "home,school and community" coordinated physical education.(2)At present,there are two types of interactive platform running "home,school and community" collaborative sports education,including comprehensive application of sports as interest expansion,and sports function used to assist students in sports homework and exercise.The interactive platform can help "home-school community" cooperate to achieve instant dialogue,provide rich educational resources,realize "home-school community" cooperate to supervise students’ implementation of sports,and develop good physical exercise behavior habits.(3)Through the case analysis of the current implementation status of "home-school club" collaborative sports education based on interactive platform in G Primary School in Wuhan,we learn that G Primary School has established a parent school,set up courses for parents,and built a parent sports education classroom based on the interactive platform,but there are still parents lack of basic understanding of sports education and a weak sense of coordination Subject behavior is negative,participation in collaborative sports completion degree is not high;In the process of operation,realistic difficulties such as link separation,communication and feedback are not smooth,and the closed-loop operation of collaborative mechanism is not effectively formed.(4)Based on the study of collaborative education,explore the path of future mechanism optimization and development,and improve the mechanism’s target positioning,organizational structure,internal motivation,operation guarantee and communication and feedback channels from five dimensions of collaborative education: goal,content,motivation,operation and evaluation.In terms of target orientation,focusing on students’ physical and mental health training,giving full play to the accommodating advantages of the interactive platform to provide rich educational resources and learning classes,creating a variety of collaborative ways,strengthen the guidance of family physical education;In terms of organizational structure,establish an organizational structure system with clear division of labor,discussion and guidance;In terms of intrinsic motivation,we should enhance the understanding of sports education function,strengthen the awareness of cooperative education,and establish the foundation of trust.In terms of operation guarantee,it is clear that the elements of "home-school-community" cooperative sports education mechanism include cooperative education subject,cooperative education object,cooperative education content and cooperative education environment.In terms of communication and feedback,relying on the interactive platform,the three-party communication channels are unblocked to achieve real-time collaborative dialogue,providing a complete and recyclable mechanism block diagram for the operation of the "home,school and community" collaborative sports education mechanism.(5)Relying on the interactive platform to realize the coordination between family,school and society in the understanding and behavior of sports education,so as to achieve the overall goal of enhancing students’ physical and mental health.According to the difference of collaborative leadership,two collaborative sports education mechanisms are proposed.One is based on the interactive platform of "school as the main channel" collaborative sports education mechanism,giving full play to the main role of school physical education.With the school as the main body of responsibility and the PE teacher as the special one,an organization department of school management "family and school community" to coordinate PE education is set up.The collaborative content takes the form of PE homework as the starting point and makes systematic PE homework plan according to PE and health curriculum standards,so as to make it targeted,continuous and operable.Set a 30-minute clock system every day,and gradually guide parents and students to form a normal understanding of PE homework;Second,based on the interactive platform of "social power as the leading" collaborative sports education mechanism,giving full play to the characteristics and resource advantages of social power projects,focusing on the cultivation and improvement of students’ sports skills,the collaborative content combines the curriculum standards of physical education and health with characteristic sports projects.In the content of after-school sports service,it gives full play to the advantages of social sports strength,and carries out outdoor sports activities in unlimited forms,such as summer camp,winter camp and fun sports.During the organization and implementation,120 minutes per week punching system is developed,training content is implemented,and students’ lifelong sports interests,habits and behaviors are cultivated.Based on practical problems,this study puts forward the collaborative physical education mechanism of two different subjects,school and social forces,which is the innovative practical application of the synergy theory in the collaborative physical education mechanism of "home,school and community".It emphasizes the diversity of cooperative subjects,the flexibility of specialties,the comprehensiveness of teaching and the openness of management,so as to better implement the spirit of "home-school community" cooperative education and the policy document of "sportsman",and to a certain extent promote the deep integration of "home-school community" cooperative sports education.
