Since the curriculum reform,more attention has been paid to the overall development of students.Therefore,in teaching,we should not only pay attention to the process of teachers"teaching",but also pay more attention to the process of students "learning".The concept of"teaching by learning",as a localized education concept in China,puts students' "learning"before teachers' "teaching",which emphasizes that teachers should fully understand students'learning basis,learning conditions,learning ability,learning attitude and so on before carrying out teaching activities,namely understanding learning situation.This teaching concept puts the focus of the whole teaching activities on students,attaches importance to the influence of learning on teachers' teaching methods and methods,and emphasizes that teachers should start from students in teaching,should be conducive to promoting the development and progress of students.Of course,the concept of "teaching according to learning" does not blindly allow teachers to revolve around students,nor does it wrongly understand that teachers can teach students what they want to learn.The teaching content is regulated by the curriculum standards that reflect the will of the state."Teaching by learning" emphasizes that teachers should fully understand and make use of learning situation,reasonably integrate teaching content according to learning situation,optimize and adjust teaching plan,and truly teach students according to their aptitude,take measures according to local conditions and aim at the target.As the educator Mr.Tao Xingzhi said,"The way of teaching must be based on the way of learning."Teachers should not only follow the textbook and curriculum standards,but also combine "Teaching method" with "Learning method".Through the investigation,it is found that in the history teaching of Senior High School,front-line teachers have different degrees of understanding and understanding of the concept of Teaching by learning".For example,it is difficult to grasp the real situation of the whole class by asking questions in class and writing by dictation,and these methods lag behind the teachers.In addition,in order to understand the learning situation,teachers also let students learn first,but because of the lack of clear learning goals and tasks,which leads to students learning first irregular and unplanned.Under the influence of the single examination evaluation method,it often leads to the idea of the advocacy and the actual operation of a serious disconnect.The above three points are the problems existing in the application of the idea of "Learning to teach" in the history teaching of senior high school.The reasons are related to teachers' conservative teaching concept,students' backward learning concept and single teaching evaluation method.Decided to learn to "teach" concept applied to the problems in the teaching,the education department,schools and teachers can take the following measures:first,to promote the teachers' education concept updating,namely,the teacher wants to expand and rich history of educational value,on the basis of learning to choose appropriate teaching methods,establish equal and harmonious relationship between teachers and students and constantly updated knowledge view;Second,to help students form a correct view of students,that is,in the learning process of students,make it clear the responsibility of learning,set up a lofty learning goal,change the traditional way of learning and stimulate the driving force of learning;Thirdly,multi-dimensional evaluation should be used to promote students' all-round development,that is,the combination of formative evaluation and summative evaluation,quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,classroom learning evaluation and practical activity evaluation should be paid attention to in the teaching process.In addition,we should pay attention to the evaluation feedback,teachers should make full use of the evaluation feedback to adjust teaching methods and teaching means in time,at the same time,according to the situation of the evaluation feedback to give students the correct help and guidance in time.
