With the development of social economy and social changes,women are playing an increasingly important role.Their social status and social participation have been significantly improved compared with the past.Women's career development has also been greatly changed,and they have become an indispensable part of all walks of life.However,at the same time,more and more women to participate in social competition is intense,occupational stress of female employee problems caused more and more get the attention of the society from all walks of life,with professional social work method advantage provides a may be involved in female employee pressure problem,for female employee pressure problem,this paper attempts to put forward the following research questions: in the workplace environment,how to present a foucault's power and control? How did these powers and controls affect the pressure on women workers? In practice,how can social workers help women workers to see the power of capillaries in the workplace? How can social workers adjust their action plans and use action strategies to achieve service objectives in small groups?To solve above problems,this article from the rational perspective,a bank female employee in Nanjing's career pressures as the research object,explore in the field of social work involved in the operation strategy of enterprise female employee pressure problem,through group social work for each process of "planning,action,observation,reflection" has made the detailed analysis and elaboration,and draw the conclusion: The capillary type pressure is ubiquitous in the workplace,and the pressure generated by the power and control will lead to all kinds of somatization symptoms,the event itself will not bring to women in the workplace stress,but if the event itself irrational interpretation can lead to stress,this article through to the object of study to find and correction of irrational beliefs,that they can more comprehensive look at the relationship between the leadership and staff in the workplace,change cognition,to better integrated into the scene.Through the action research on the pressure of female employees,this paper not only enriched the practical experience of this paper,but also combined with the rational emotion theory and the introduction of Foucault's microscopic power view,this study is helpful to supplement the practical research on female employees in enterprises and to help the disconnection between theory and practice.
