In order to ensure the scientific and fairness of college entrance examination enrollment,improve the quality of high school personnel training and promote the all-round development of students,the largest new college entrance examination policy since the establish of New China has been carried out nationwide.With the sustained advancement of the new college entrance examination policy,ordinary high schools have progressively encountered sundry problems in the process of teaching and administration,which have influenced the achievement of the new college entrance examination policy goals.Therefore,it is of great meaning to study the execution status and influencing factors of the new college entrance examination policy to facilitate the well implementation of the new college entrance examination reform policy,ameliorate the quality of personnel accomplishment,and facilitate the comprehensive development of students.This paper mainly employ the methods of literature research and survey research.Investigate the execution situation of the new college entrance examination policy.This research is mainly divided into four parts: The first part interprets the policy texts of the new college entrance examination,and selects policy texts closely related to the research theme.The second part generalizes the problems currently existing in the execution of the new college entrance examination policy,and surveys and analyzes the present situation of the fulfillment of the new college entrance examination policy.The third part makes use of the Smith policy execution pattern to analyze the utility of the execution of the new college entrance examination policy from four aspects.The fourth part brings forward the measures and recommendations of our country's new college entrance examination policy research.The perspectives of these countermeasures principally commence from four aspects: the policy oneself,the executive body,the target organization and the policy condition.This study believes that through the implementation of these measures,the implementation effect of the new college entrance examination policy can be effectively enhanced,and a more scientific and fair talent selection and training mechanism can be established.
