Research On Spiritual Comfort Services For The Elderly Living Alone In Urban Communities From The Perspective Of Social Suppor

With my country's economic and social development,changes in family structure,changes in individual values,and the further deepening of the aging degree,the elderly living alone have quickly entered people's attention due to the increase in the number of groups,depression,anxiety and other social problems.The profession of "helping others to help themselves" is also constantly exploring and researching how to provide services for the elderly to achieve the goal of a happy old age.Therefore,this study takes the lack of spiritual comfort of the elderly living alone as the research problem,takes the elderly living alone in the urban community as the research object,and conducts research under the guidance of the social support network theory,and selects an elderly living alone in the community to provide case services for him.The purpose is to To test the effectiveness of social support network theory in satisfying the spiritual comfort needs of the elderly living alone in urban communities,and to explore the feasibility of case-based social work methods in the lack of spiritual comfort for elderly living alone in urban communities,so as to enrich similar research and form practical experience.The ideas of this study are as follows: The first,on the basis of literature reading,analyzing the content and deficiencies of previous research,and combining the viewpoints of other scholars,the spiritual comfort of this research is quantified into three categories: family belonging needs,social interaction needs and self-worth realization.In part,according to the content and intervention principles of social support network theory,it is operationalized into three levels of intimacy support,self-help group support and community support,and used as a research framework.The second is to carry out practical research.From a macro perspective,according to the research framework,the interview method is used to evaluate and analyze the current situation and reasons for the spiritual comfort of the elderly living alone in the involved communities;from a micro perspective,select an elderly living alone in the community to carry out case services.,and do service reflection.The third is to conduct research summary and enlightenment,including discussion on practice,reflection on research and related enlightenment.The conclusions of this study are as follows: Firstly,the social support network theory is effective in alleviating the lack of spiritual comfort for the elderly living alone in urban communities,but there is also the problem of ignoring the autonomy of the service recipients;secondly,the case-based social work method intervenes in the spirit of the elderly living alone in urban communities The consolation problem is feasible,but there are certain limitations that it is not comprehensive enough to carry out a single case service.
