Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Primary School Teachers' Work Trace Managemen

In response to the call of the Ministry of Education to reduce the burden of teachers,it is necessary to solve the problems in the trace management of primary school teachers'work and to promote the occupational well-being of primary school teachers.Compiling a questionnaire and an interview,on the Current Situation of Primary School Teachers'Work Trace Management,from the four dimensions of teaching trace work,trace work of student management,trace work from out-of-school and evaluation,and trace work from inspection,for investigating the present situation of 341 primary school teachers'work trace management in H City.According to one-sample t-test,the satisfaction scores of primary school teachers in trace work from out-of-school and evaluation,and trace work from inspection were significantly lower than the neutral score of 3.Besides,it is found that there are individual differences in the perceived trace workload of primary school teachers.Further analysis the problems of primary school teachers' work of trace management and the causes for the problems,in order to improve the trace management.First of all,the education administration department should reduce the control that using trace,reduce inspection and evaluation in the trace management,coordinate the offcampus trace work into the campus,establish an information-based trace management system;Secondly,school managers should enhance the capability for the trace management by adhering to people-oriented management concept,the planned trace management,hierarchical evaluation model in trace management;Finally,primary school teachers should enhance their own ability to accomplish trace works,treat trace work with positive attitude,strengthen their own professional quality of educational information technology.
