Traceable Management In Social Work Institutio Ns

This thesis is a case study of trace management in social work organization and management.The research materials are the service documents of a certain institution project point,and the content analysis method is used for the research.Through the analysis of project point documents,the paper finally writes the index analysis of project point trace management and the presentation of specific "trace" content in the documents,trying to elaborate the background of social work documents and the way of social organization management.This paper consists of four parts: the introduction,the system of social work documents,and the concrete presentation and summary of traces in documents.The second chapter describes the two document systems of the project site-the project management document system and the internal document system of the organization,and summarizes the standard requirements of each document writing.The third chapter is the analysis of "work traces" in various documents,that is,according to the existing writing requirements,to retrieve the work content presented by workers in the documents-time,quantity,completion,etc.The summary part of this paper analyzes the important factors that affect the development of document professionalization,and explains the background of document production and the logic of trace management.Finally,through the analysis of social work documents,this paper reveals what characteristics exist in the management of social work institutions under the influence of "new management doctrine" and "project system",and how these characteristics are reflected by the document work of a project point.
