Education informatization develops rapidly in China,but the ways for front-line teachers to use it for professional improvement are limited,and the existing ways can not completely achieve the desired effect.Based on this,this study takes middle school teachers in W District,N City as The object,and sets questions and forms questionnaires based on the four aspects of teacher professional development in the "Professional Standards for Middle School Teachers(trial)"--knowledge,ability,philosophy and teacher ethics.After investigation,it is found that teachers have a large space for professional development;there are many problems in improving professional level by using information resource platform.These problems mainly focus on the following aspects: the effect of teachers using information resources to independently promote profession is not good;the effect of schools organizing teachers to use the information platform to learn is not good;high quality information resources to promote teacher professional development are lacking.This paper analyzes the above problems,and finds out the influencing factors,and then explores the path that can effectively promote the professional development of teachers under the information background:teachers independently use information resources to participate in activities;school administrators regularly organize related activities: develop high-quality information resources to benefit teachers.The expectation can help improve the professional level of teachers.
