Practical Research On The Expansion Of Social Support Network For Rural Left-behind Women From The Perspective Of Resilienc

With the acceleration of urbanization,the economic level difference between urban and rural is widening.Rural male labor force has been moving to urban areas in search of more career opportunities,at the same time by the Chinese traditional "men,tying the“thought”,the influence of the gender division of labor in the rural area is more distinct,most rural women give up to go out employment choice for supporting the elderly at home,raising children,Thus the rural area has formed the "rural left-behind women"this group.In this paper,the left-behind women in H Village of Xingtai city as the research object,using the interview method and observation method to obtain the information of relevant service objects,based on the theory of stress tolerance and social support theory,the existing problems and causes of the social support network for left-behind women in H village were analyzed.A series of social work service activities should be carried out from three aspects of enhancing the external support,internal advantages and sense of efficacy of service objects.Social workers guide left-behind women in H village to reflect on their current life situation,improve the awareness of left-behind women in rural areas to seek social support from outside,help service objects to expand social support network and obtain favorable resources and support power from social support network,and improve life happiness and satisfaction.Finally,the author reflects on the practical process and results of social work intervention in the social support network of rural left-behind women.,From rural left-behind women's self support system,the original social support system,government support and other social organizations support related,suggestions were put forward.These accumulated experience and opened up the way for the future rural left-behind women to help work.
