An Application Research Of Group Work In Wudang District L Village For The Left-behind Women’s Social Support Network

Along with the reform and opening up and accelerating the urbanization process, massive rural labor force to cities, rural people a better life in order to improve the economic income,A lot of male labor of migrant workers,so the countryside appeared the phenomenon of "386199" groups, "38" is also called left-behind wives, according to concerning sectional statistic, by the end of 2012, there are 47 million left-behind women.Taking guiyang wudang district of L village as an example, study L village left-behind women under the background of current social support status and existing problems, and tries to explore group social work practice is applied to the establishment of a rural left-behind women’s social support network.This paper mainly divided into the following several aspects:The first part is the literature review and theoretical basis, the author the purpose of the study are introduced, the related literature on left-behind women and social support network to comb, and expounds the research methods used in this paper.The second part is about the present situation and problems of left-behind women’s social support network, the author through the investigation and the interview data are summarized, respectively from the formal social support networks of left-behind women and informal social support network two aspects to carry out in this paper.The third part is applied to a group of left-behind women’s social support network, is the focus of the study, too,based on the team practice on left-behind women carried out six group activities, the first ischanging the left-behind women’s value ideas, the second is to help ease the mental stress, the last is to improve its ability to improve self-help,transition from mutual aid the process of self-help.The fourth part is mainly about assessment group work practice,from two aspects of group process and service effect were evaluated.Article finally confirmed the team practice left-behind women to establish the positive role and effect of social support networks,although there are many deficiencies, but there is no denying that this study provides the perfect rural left-behind women mutual support network constructive Suggestions.
