With the development of China's rural economy and system,the number of migrant workers has increased.Due to institutional constraints,children of migrant workers in cities cannot study and live in cities,making "left-behind children in rural areas" a phenomenon and a problem.Left-behind girls are more sensitive and fragile than left-behind boys.When the girl grows up,she has to bear the responsibility of taking care of her family and educating her children.She is a very important part of the family and plays a role in the growth of the next generation.Therefore,the physical and mental health of the girl becomes more important.At the same time,as a vulnerable group,they will face a lot of problems,such as personality sensitivity,physical and mental health problems,abuse and abuse,safety problems,mental health problems,personality growth problems,external interference in learning and so on.If they fail to solve these problems,their endurance will be reduced,self-denial and loss of hope will become negative,and they may seriously commit suicide.In view of many problems and challenges,this research applies the professional methods of social work.Questionnaire,field investigation and interview were used to evaluate the resilience of left-behind girls,level assessment of left-behind girls' social network and the influencing factors are analyzed,and the methods and techniques of case studies and group work are used to help the establishment of service objects and promote the establishment of social network relations and enhance support,so as to enhance the level of resilience of left-behind girls power.In this article,questionnaire survey was conducted among 110 fourth-grade students from S Primary School.The results showed that under the similar rural environment and educational background,the resilience level of rural left-behind girls was lower than that of rural left-behind girls making service scheme and makes a team work into six girls and girls of the two did not significantly improve case work intervention,the study found that the group work and individual work intervention to promote rural left-behind girls art power level a positive impact.Both study can prove that,expanding social resources by establishing and improving the social relations,social network scale and network support of left-behind girls can help left-behind girls to provide external support,internal advantage and efficiency aspects ability to ascend,so as to make the art of left-behind girls force further ascension,left-behind girls become positive.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions and reflections on the conclusions of the study.
