Practical Research On Casework Intervention In Parent-child Relationship Of Migrant Familie

In China's economic development and social changes,more and more rural people?flock to urban life.Rural parents leave their children in the registered residence to be taken care of and go out to make a living.At present,due to the impact of living standards,it is common for rural parents to work in different places.They mainly rely on communication equipment to contact their feelings all year round,and there are few opportunities for parents and children to meet.It is easy to produce the absence of family roles and the imbalance of parent-child relations,and even lead to children's psychological problems.Therefore,how to intervene in migrant families,improve parent-child relations and create a good family environment is particularly important.This paper takes a migrant family in D village of H Province as the research object,and uses the methods of interview and observation to understand the basic situation.Through the investigation and visit,it is found that the family members of migrant workers lack communication,the relationship is unbalanced and the contradictions and conflicts escalate.Based on the above problems,social workers use family system theory and advantage perspective theory combined with case work method to intervene in practice,perform professional roles,coordinate family member relations,improve parent-child difficulties,obtain family support and meet the emotional needs of service objects.After studying the practice,social workers found that family parent-child education is closely related to the local cultural system,and the involvement of parent-child relationship involves the level of culture and education.Social workers' involvement in parents and children is at the micro level,and the local concept of culture and education still needs the joint participation and promotion of all sectors of society in order to achieve the effectiveness of intervention.
