Research On The Path Of Improving The Reemployment Ability Of Urban Low-income Groups Under The Background Of Smart Society

Urban low-income groups,as vulnerable groups in the process of urban development,are faced with the new technical requirements of employment put forward by the intelligent society in the process of promoting the construction of intelligent society,which makes it increasingly difficult for them to maintain their current employment status.Employment is not only the economic basis and basic guarantee for their survival.It is also the basic condition for them to integrate into the society and share the fruits of social and economic development.Exploring new ways to promote the re-employment ability of urban low-income groups under the new social form can not only improve their employment situation and achieve more favorable development;At the same time,it can also contribute to solving urban problems and actively promote the construction of a intelligent society.This study urban low-income groups as the research object,on the basis of reviewing the related literature,on the basis of employment ability and the related theory of social exclusion,construct the theory of urban low-income groups re-employment ability analysis framework,developed the re-employment ability measurement scale,put forward the basic assumption,USES the questionnaire survey to collect data,And analyzes the current situation of reemployment ability of urban low-income groups;At the same time,the correlation test of the relationship between variables is carried out,the direct influence of external employment support on reemployment ability is tested by the method of multiple stepwise regression,and the mediation effect of reemployment psychology and reemployment ability as well as the moderating effect of individual characteristics and career expectation is tested by the Process model.On this basis,two re-employment dilemmas faced by urban low-income groups in the intelligent society are put forward.Under the influence of intelligent society,the dilemma of urban low-income groups in the process of improving their reemployment ability at both individual and social levels is sorted out.Finally,from the two aspects of individual and society,a new path to improve reemployment ability is constructed including individual and external employment support(family support,enterprise support and government support).
