Research On The Status Quo And Promotion Strategies Of Primary School Teachers' Work Passio

Teachers' work passion has an important impact on their work efficiency.At the same time,teachers' work passion also has an important impact on the cultivation of students' learning interest and the development of students' ability.Therefore,teachers' work passion has become a new field of concern and in-depth research by educational experts and scholars.This study makes an empirical investigation on the current situation of primary school teachers' work passion to understand the current situation of primary school teachers' work passion.Referring to a large number of relevant research results at home and abroad,I compiled the questionnaire and interview outline of harmonious and forced work passion of primary school teachers,and investigated 740 primary school teachers in B County of Q city.According to the analysis and the summary of the obtained data,and the conclusions are as follows:1.Teachers of different ages,educational background,teaching subjects and professional titles have great differences between harmonious and forced work passion.2.Teachers' harmonious work passion is related to leaders' management methods.3.Teachers' compulsive work passion is related to the salary system.This study deeply analyzes the problems and reasons of primary school teachers' work passion in B County,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve primary school teachers' work passion in B county.
