Research On Maters’ Academic Passion Of Innovation Ability

Innovation is the soul of the knowledge age,but also the power of our national development and social progress.The postgraduate group is an important reserve force for my country’s innovative talents.Therefore,academic passion of graduate students has an important influence on academic research and their own development.If the academic passion is not high,it will affect the comprehensive investment of students in study and research to a certain extent,and in turn will affect the individual’s ability to innovate.And the research also takes into the large influence of environmental factors.Therefore,this study takes method to explore the influence of academic passion on innovation ability of team atmosphere.The research conclusions are as follows: 1.Harmonious academic passion is significantly positively correlated with the learning input and innovation ability of graduate students;forced academic passion is also significantly positively correlated with learning input and innovation ability;learning input is significantly positively correlated with innovation ability.2.Both harmonious academic passion and forced academic passion have a significant positive effect on innovation ability,and both have effect on learning input;learning input has effect on innovation ability.3.Learning engagement has a mediating effect on harmonious passion and innovation ability.There is a mediating effect between obsessive enthusiasm and innovation ability.4.The first half of the path of harmonious academic passion through the mediating effect of learning input on innovation ability is regulated by the team atmosphere.The first half of the path of the mediating effect of forced academic passion on innovation ability through learning input is also regulated by the team atmosphere.This research verifies the mechanism of academic passion affecting the innovation ability of postgraduates in universities,enriches domestic empirical research on innovation ability,provides targeted suggestions from the student level,the tutor level,and the school level.By cultivating and enhancing the academic passion of master students to increase students’ learning investment,and then enhance innovative ability.Besides,in the development of graduate students’ innovative ability,attention should be paid to creating a good team atmosphere,and providing students with a strong learning and scientific research atmosphere is conducive to the development of students.This research is expected to provide theoretical basis and practical enlightenment for the improvement of innovation ability.
