A Study On The Intervention Of Social Work Of The Youth With Passion Crime

The topic of rapid growth of juvenile delinquency has got more and more attention.Lowering trend of juvenile criminal age,diverse forms,make people pay more attention to juvenile delinquency.The corresponding judicial social work is also developing rapidly,but compared with other fields,social work is still a new field.Passion crime is also known as emotional crime,the data show that China's emotional crimes have accounted for the total number of cases of injury and homicide 70%-80%.In this paper,the use of participatory observation and in-depth interviews with the existing research results,combine existing resources with own thinking to research passion crime.And from the micro angle of the main case of family environment,social support system,growth experience,social interaction,to supplement the existing research results,analysis of causes of crime,and cognitive behavior theory,mode of psychological and social treatment family systems theory,as the theoretical basis,the concrete application of theory in the process of implementation and service in.Through the case of juvenile offenders services to help correct the deviation of cognition,to enhance their own identity and self-confidence,cultivate legal consciousness,enhance interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to survive,so as to promote their healthy growth.In summing up the practical experience,combined with the existing theoretical knowledge,reflect on the shortcomings of the current research,to provide more information and perspective for social workers,to further enhance the understanding of social work in the field of knowledge and thinking.
