Research On The Impact Of Digital Economy On My Country's Employment Structure

As a new economic form under the advancement of information technology,the digital economy is increasingly affecting the entire economy and society.Under the influence of the new crown epidemic,employment has become the primary task of promoting social stability,and the changes in the employment structure brought about by the digital economy will have a profound impact on the stable employment of future workers.In this context,this paper takes the digital economy and employment structure as the research objects,and on the basis of sorting out relevant literature on the digital economy and employment structure,calculates the scale of my country's inter-provincial digital economy to intuitively show the development status of the digital economy in my country and the inter-provincial digital economy.Development differences,analyze the theoretical mechanism of the impact of the digital economy on the employment structure from the three levels of employment industry distribution structure,employment skills structure and employment gender structure,and verify the theoretical mechanism through the systematic GMM model,and then draw relevant conclusions.my country's digital economy is developing rapidly,and the degree of integration with the traditional economy is increasing.The development of the digital economy varies greatly between regions.The digital economy affects changes in the employment structure through different mechanisms,and promotes the continuous development of my country's employment structure to a higher level.The government should follow up the research progress of the digital economy in a timely manner,increase the construction of digital infrastructure.The system is more adapted to the stable employment policy in the era of the digital economy,and gives full play to the positive role of the digital economy in stabilizing employment in the post-epidemic era.
