The artificial creative technology has both the creation effect and the substitution effect on employment,which will not only bring about the change of employment volume,but also cause the structural effect of employment.Since 2015,China's artificial intelligence has shown the characteristics of explosive development,causing high social concern.As one of the main driving forces of the fourth technological revolution,AI will have a significant impact on human production and life style.At the same time,its impact on employment structure,especially on skill structure,cannot be ignored.In this context,following the idea of "current situation analysis-impact analysis-optimization measures",this paper makes a systematic study on the artificial intelligence influencing the structure of employment skill in China.Firstly,this paper analyzes the evolution of employment skill structure under the influence of previous technological revolutions.Based on this and combined with the stage-style development characteristics of artificial intelligence in China,the mechanism framework of the influence of AI on employment skill structure is constructed in hierarchical and phased way.Secondly,the paper analyzes the status of artificial intelligence and skill structure in China,and concludes that the development of AI technology in China presents a phased incremental feature,and the upgrading and polarization of employment skill structure,particularly in some industries,exist at the same time.Then,by constructing the panel regression model and using the empirical method to analyze the influence of artificial intelligence on the employment skill structure,the empirical results show that the initial stage of AI development has an upgraded influence on the employment skill structure.Afterwards,this paper makes a simple prediction of the change of the employment skill structure caused by the further development of AI and believes that this influence will will render it polarized.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy and suggestions on optimizing the structure of employment skill under the sustainable development of AI,including strengthening the system arrangement,perfecting the training system,and innovating educational mode,and so on.Based on the methodology of theoretical analysis,comparative analysis and metrological analysis,this paper makes a detailed and systematic analysis of the structure of artificial intelligence influencing employment skill in China,and obtains constructive results.From the results of the study,it is concluded that the effect of AI on the employment skill structure is characterized by a staged hierarchical nature.However,there are some deficiencies in this paper,such as the single selection of AI index and the shallow prediction of AI affecting employment skill structure,which needs further refinement and improvement.
